Richard Wheeler
Richard Wheeler is an experienced political consultant and attorney. After graduating with a double degree in Political Science and History from Washington University in St. Louis in 1993, Mr. Wheeler started his political career in Washington DC working for United States Senators Arlen Specter (R - PENN) and John C. Danforth (R - Missouri). Richard returned to Massachusetts to work for Congressman Peter Torkildsen in 1994 (and again in 1998), and has been active in Massachusetts and national politics while attending Suffolk University Law School, (graduating in 1998). In addition to Congressman Torkildsen, Richard has worked for the Congressional campaigns of Lawrence City Councilor Marc LaPlante (7th District) and State Senator Jo Ann Sprague (9th District). In 2002, Richard was the Republican nominee for State Representative in the 10th Suffolk District. Richard has been active with the Massachusetts Federation of Young Republicans, and has been twice honored with awards by the Young Republican National Federation. Richard offers a full range of services from fundraising to media to grassroots organization. In addition, Richard is the only political consultant who is also an experienced election attorney. Richard has worked as chief legal counsel to local campaigns and as part of the RNC 2004 legal team. |
